As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and multi-partnered relationships navigating the complexities of intimacy, connection, and identity. My practice is grounded in experience with a wide range of relationship structures—including those that fall outside traditional expectations.
Relationships are hard. Communication gets strained. Intimacy shifts or disappears. The same conversations happen over and over without resolution—or stop happening altogether. Many of my clients come in knowing something isn’t working, but unsure how to name it, let alone change it.
This is a space to bring those conversations.
While I assist in communication and conflict, our work often goes deeper—into desire, sexuality, long-standing patterns, and the things that feel difficult to say out loud. Whether you haven’t had sex with your partner in years, feel stuck in recurring conflict, or are carrying questions you’ve been avoiding, we approach it directly and without judgment.
My practice is thoughtful, discreet, and grounded. You can speak openly here about relationships, sexuality, identity, culture, spirituality, and lifestyle—without needing to filter or perform. All of it has a place here.
I tend to work with thoughtful, self-aware individuals who want more for themselves and their relationships, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. My approach is practical, engaged, and straightforward—I won’t sit back quietly while you stay stuck in the same patterns. We’ll work actively and intentionally toward clarity and change.
I also work with more heterosexual men than is typical in therapy, many of whom are looking for their own space where they can speak honestly about intimacy, relationships, and personal growth without feeling judged or dismissed.
My role isn’t just to offer professional insight. I show up as a present, curious, and grounded human—someone who will challenge you when needed, support you when it matters, and walk alongside you as you build more honest, fulfilling relationships.
