I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, dually licensed in Montana and Texas. After years of education and practicing in Texas, I’m relocating my office to Livingston, Montana to be closer to family and to continue building a practice in a community that values resilience, connection, and care for the places we call home.
While I’ve been splitting time between both states for quite a while, the transition to Montana is happening a bit sooner than expected—life has a way of doing that. I appreciate your patience as updates to the practice continue to roll out. Montana in-person location is currently pending.
I believe in community, stewardship of the land, and using our skills where they’re most needed. Being locally involved isn’t just important to me—it’s part of how I live and connect with the people and places around me.
When I’m not working, I’m usually outside—hiking, enjoying live music, cracking jokes, or learning something new. I grew up in the bayou of Louisiana, where practical skills were passed down out of necessity. Hurricanes—and the Cajun Navy—taught me how to show up, stay steady, and figure things out when it matters most. I may not build a perfect snowman, but I do know how to rebuild after a significant gut-punch from Mother Nature.
My academic work has focused on relationships and intimacy since 2010. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. During graduate school, I completed specialized training through the National Sex Therapy Institute with Dr. Viviana Coles, becoming a Certified Sex Therapist. I also consult with other professionals and value thoughtful collaboration within the field.
While my training and experience shape my work, what matters most when people are hurting is sitting across from someone real. Therapy works best with honesty, respect, and a shared commitment to doing meaningful work together.
